Enjoy an energetic, healing, recharging retreat away in a beautiful Costa Rican Oasis, where you will meet like-minded women from around the world on similar healing paths. Coming together, to heal, to learn, and to up-level life; mind, body, and soul. ✨

• Healing & Wellness Workshops: With a focus on nervous system regulation, psycho-educational teachings, healing practices and empowerment. Reveal and clear old outdated programs and limiting beliefs, and deepen internal wisdom, embodiment, and truly integrated, authentic, and purpose-driven living.                                                                                                                                                                      

• Group Facilitations: To explore many different facets of The Self, the Divine Feminine, Shadow Work, Manifestation, with room for topical, intimate discussions that serve to transform each of us on a sacred and personal (as well as collective) level.                                                                                                               

• Sacred Circles, Ceremonies and Rituals: We'll harness and experience the energy of ancient, cultural and land-based wisdom & practices - blending them with modern, holistic sciences to help reawaken your divine feminine power on every level (of mind, body, soul).                                                                        

• Daily Movement Classes: Yoga and other energizing somatic-based practices, including conscious dance and mindful movement, to help support presence, vitality, emotional processing and somatic resourcing in your beautiful body (suitable for all levels and abilities).                                                                 

• Recreational and Restorative Activities (Optional): Nature time, Hikes, Swimming, Writing, Surfing, Exploring, Napping, Playing in the waves, Sun bathing... “whatever your body needs to help it feel safe, loved, restored and renewed again”.
